Work with our counselors
Open Arms Treatment Center is a mental health service provider established in February 2009. We are currently licensed by the State of North Carolina's Department of Mental Health and Endorsed by the county's Local Management Entity/Manage Care Organization (LME/MCO) for SAIOP service. We help identify strengths that will aid in stabilizing the family unit, as well as identify barriers that may impede the development of skills necessary for functioning in the family and community. We then work on enabling the family to manage the behaviors more effectively in the future through a knowledge/application system of behavioral techniques.
Our staff consist of Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Qualified and Associate Mental Health Professionals, who are all trained and ready to assist you in your development process.
We currently accept NC Medicaid, NC Health Choice and Blue Cross Blue Shield. All major credit cards are also accepted for private pay clients.
Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) Services consist of individual and group addiction activities and services that are designed to assist adult and adolescent consumers to learn strategies for relapse prevention, including community and social support systems, and learn skills for recovery maintenance
Our Outpatient Therapy service includes assessment, individual and group therapy and family therapy to address an array of problems including depression, marriage and relationship counseling, oppositional defiance, ADHD, etc. Sessions are generally once a week for 60—70 minutes.
